“Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten”. This is a meaningful quote from a Disney movie (Lilo & Stitch, 2002) which highlights the importance of all members of the family, young or old, people or animals to be noted and remembered.
Anastasia is an ACPAT (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy) category A veterinary physiotherapist with eight years of experience working in the human field and specialising in musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. ACPAT veterinary physiotherapists are considered as the “gold standard” in veterinary physiotherapy, as they have been under high level of education (at least post-graduate level) and gained extensive clinical experience as chartered physiotherapists prior qualifying to treat animals. Anastasia is fully insured and has professional registrations with HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists) as chartered physiotherapist to treat people, and with ACPAT (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy) and RAMP (Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners) as veterinary physiotherapist.
